ClothDIY Returns & Exchanges Policy: Ensuring Your Satisfaction

Return Policy:

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • To initiate a return, please send an email to our customer service at fhq.rookie@gmail.com. Please include your order number and reason for the return in the email.
  • Once we receive and approve your return request, we will process your refund. Please note that refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after receiving the returned item and completing the inspection.

Exchange Policy:

  • If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Send an email to fhq.rookie@gmail.com with your exchange request, including your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange.
  • We will process your exchange as quickly as possible and send the new item to your specified address upon receiving the original item and completing the inspection. Please note that any additional shipping fees incurred for exchanges will be the customer’s responsibility.
